Beasley to 21st Mortgage Corporation, dated April 20, 2017, filed for record May 3, 2017, recorded at Lien Book 1946, Page 795, Liberty County, Georgia Records, in the original principal amount of $91,452.71, aforesaid records to secure the obligations of Grantor to Lender as set forth in a Promissory Note ("Note") of even date as amended, modified, or revised from time to time, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold, by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse Door at LIBERTY COUNTY, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in AUGUST, 2020, the following described property: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1476th G.M.D. of Liberty County, Georgia, containing 1.00 acre, more or less, and being more particularly described according to that certain Plat of Survey prepared by John O.
