CITY OF RICHMOND HILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARIN A petition has been filed by the City of Richmond Hill to amend Article 11 - Overlay Districts, of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) of the City of Richmond Hill, Georgia; to repeal conflicting ordinances; to add Appendix G, Gateway Overlay District Boundary Map, to the UDO; to provide for an effective date; and for other purposes. A public hearing has been scheduled for July 1, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Richmond Hill City Center, located at 520 Cedar Street, Richmond Hill, Georgia. All interested parties are invited to attend.
