Chinnery to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., dated February 21, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 01367, Page 00055, Liberty County, Georgia Records, subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded April 10, 2025 in Book 2402, Page 243 in the amount of One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Two and 56/100 ($153,762.56) Liberty County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Truist Bank by assignment recorded on November 16, 2012 in Book 1749 Page 228 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and 0/100 dollars ($157,450.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on August 5, 2025, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1458th G. M. District of Liberty County, Georgia, and being in the City of Hinesville, being known and designated as Lot No. 59, Belmore Subdivision, Phase II, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1436, bearing a survey date of November 28, 2005 and a plat date of February 13, 2006, and being recorded in Plat Section N 100, page 20, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes.
