BRYAN COUNTY, GEORGIA INVITATION TO BID Tax Appraisal Services for Large-Scale Industrial/Manufacturing Property RFP Issue Date: October 2, 2025 The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is soliciting qualified firms to provide tax appraisal services for a large-scale industrial/manufacturing property located within Bryan County, Georgia. The County seeks an experienced appraisal firm to assist the Tax Assessor's Office in establishing fair market values for a large-scale industrial/manufacturing holding that has a significant impact on the County's tax digest. Electronic proposals will be received until 2:00pm on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, EST To obtain a copy of the RFP, please send your requests to Charlene Bunch, Finance Director, at cbunch@bryancountyga.gov Questions must be submitted via email to cbunch@bryancountyga.gov no later than Monday, October 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. Late submissions will not be considered. The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring receipt of addendums and timely submission. Bryan County will select the firm deemed in the judgment of the Board of Commissioners to be the most qualified and best meets the requirements of the Commission.
