ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Hinesville, located at City Hall, 115 East ML King Jr. Drive, Hinesville, Georgia 31313, on November 12, 2025, until 4:00 p.m. local time for Irene Thomas Park Modification & Upgrade. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the Irene Thomas Park Modification & Upgrade. More specifically, the project will consist of existing replacement of bathroom stall panels and fixtures, installation of baby changing stations, replacing access doors and service window, replacement of kitchen counter tops, staining kitchen cabinets, and repainting. Plans, Specifications, and Contract documents are open to public inspection at the Hinesville City Hall, 115 East ML King Jr. Drive, Hinesville. Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained by contacting Temperance West at twest@cityofhinesville.org No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing time scheduled for receipt of bids.
