NOTICE OF INTENTION TO INTRODUCE LOCAL LEGISLATION Notice is hereby given that there will be introduced at the 2026 session of the General Assembly of Georgia a bill to amend an Act creating the City of Riceboro, approved March 10, 1970 (Ga. L. 1970, p. 2670), as amended, so as to provide for the annexation of certain property into the corporate limits of the City of Riceboro; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
