White to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans (the Secured Creditor), dated August 1, 2023, and Recorded on August 10, 2023 as Book No. 2302 and Page No. 277, Liberty County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $290,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, as last assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment that is or to be recorded in the Liberty County, Georgia Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Liberty County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in DECEMBER, 2025, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1756th G. This conveyance is also made subject to that certain 10' tree easement as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Keith P. Pirkle, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2792, bearing a survey date of July 14, 2023, and a plat date of July 25, 2023, and being recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 402, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia.
