CITY OF RICHMOND HILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A petition has been filed with the City of Richmond Hill by Coleman Company, Inc. requesting to rezone 86.45 acres from Unincorporated Bryan County A-5 to City of Richmond Hill PUD, Planned Unit Development. The property is located near Port Royal Road and is a portion of parcel number 061-055. A public hearing has been scheduled for June 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Richmond Hill City Hall Council Chambers, located at 40 Richard R. Davis Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia.
