The conduct giving rise to said seizure was as follows: On August 12, 2026, at 944 Holly Wood Dr. Lot 30, Hinesville, in Liberty County, Georgia, said property was used or intended for use to facilitate a violation of O.C.G.A. Section 16-13-31; 16-13-30(a)(b)(j) and 16-13-49 and/or was proceeds derived or realized there from.
